Welcome to VMT WORLD TOUR. By booking, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

VMT WORLD TOUR is a tours and transport company offering travel, tour packages, transfers, transport services, and related travel experiences within and outside Kenya.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website, email, office, or authorized agents).

2.2 A booking is confirmed only after:

• Required deposit or full payment has been received.
  
  

• Official confirmation has been issued by VMT WORLD TOUR.
  
  

2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details at the time of booking.

3. Payments

3.1 Payments may be made via:

• Bank transfer
  
  

• Stripe and  Paypal
  
  

• Cash
  
  

• Any other approved payment method
  
  

3.2 Some packages require a non-refundable deposit to secure reservations.

3.3 Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to:

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• 30+ days before travel: Refund less administrative charges.
  
  

• 14–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
  
  

• Less than 14 days before travel: No refund.
  
  

4.2 Cancellation by VMT WORLD TOUR:
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to:

• Insufficient participants
  
  

• Natural disasters
  
  

• Political unrest
  
  

• Force majeure events
  
  

In such cases, customers will receive either:

• A full refund, OR
  
  

• An alternative travel arrangement of equal value.
  
  

4.3 Refund processing may take 7–21 business days.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1 Any request for changes must be submitted in writing.

5.2 Changes may attract additional costs depending on:

• Availability
  
  

• Supplier policies
  
  

• Timing of the request
  
  

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:

• Valid passport
  
  

• Visa (if required)
  
  

• Travel insurance
  
  

• Vaccination certificates (where necessary)
  
  

6.2 VMT WORLD TOUR is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Loss of luggage
  
  

• Travel delays
  
  

VMT WORLD TOUR shall not be liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 VMT WORLD TOUR acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, tour operators).

8.2 We shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by third parties

8.3 Customers participate in tours and activities at their own risk.

9. Conduct of Clients

9.1 Clients must behave respectfully and comply with:

• Hotel policies
  
  

9.2 We reserve the right to remove any client from a tour without refund if their behavior endangers others.

10. Health and Safety

10.1 Clients must disclose any medical condition that may affect their participation.

10.2 VMT WORLD TOUR reserves the right to decline participation if a health condition poses a safety risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, logos, and branding are the property of VMT WORLD TOUR and may not be used without written permission.

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to provide services.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control including:
